Best Buy moving to mobile training

So I just found out the other day that Best Buy is currently developing a portal to access all of their trainings through android devices that support flash 10.1. The roll out isn't scheduled until the end of the summer, and by then a lot of devices running older versions of android, will recieve the 2.2 update (such as the Moto Droid). Their idea behind this is to help employees find more time to access and complete trainings.

    Sounds like a like a great to incorporate someting like that. Will best buy be providing these devices to employees that don't currently have them or will they be able to check them out as you check out a book and return it with a certain time period? Do you think this will work and or cause any problems you could think of? Do you think this will benefit employees overall?
